Due to our continued growth S2W Media is seeking a Campaign Manager for our EMEA & US clients (working remotely) and be an integral part of delivering campaigns for our clients.
The ideal person will have a passion and drive of running campaigns from inception to completion and be in regular communication with our Operations team in ensuring successful delivery of campaigns. S2W Media is growing, and this is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join us at such an exciting time.
Here are a few things you’ll likely find yourself doing in this role
- Coordinate the receipt of materials from clients and work closely with the sales team to set up campaigns and meet agreed milestones
- Create and deliver Campaign Set Up and End of Campaign Reports
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work with lead generation platforms to upload campaign delivery files
- Keep a track of all the leads delivered and maintain client delivery
- Highlight any concerns on campaign performance
- Regular communication with the operational team
- Weekly status meeting with line manager on campaign delivery/issues
Here’s what you need to have
- 2+years of work experience in a Campaign Manager role or similar in a B2B / Lead Gen environment
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive outlook and contributor within the business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
