To celebrate the 10th anniversary of S2W Media, we interviewed Daulat Ram, Senior Operations Director of India, and Nitu Shukla, Director of Sales Operations, two of the many key team members who have driven our company’s operational success. They highlighted the challenges and accomplishments our teams faced while fulfilling bespoke client campaigns over the last ten years, shedding light on the mix of People, Technology, and Innovation it takes to successfully provide full-funnel B2B lead generation solutions with zero outsourcing.

During our interviews with Daulat and Nitu, they highlighted that the operations workplace culture at S2W Media is the best in the industry. The business decision to own 100% of campaign fulfillment internally has resulted in the developing of a scalable and agile operations team that encourages innovative and creative problem-solving. To maintain these attributes, we needed to build a technology backbone that would efficiently scale with us to stay competitive.
As S2W Media has expanded into all global markets, the demands on the operational teams have ranged from needing to support large-scale lead campaign strategies in the tens of thousands per client to building teams that can provide the finesse required to fulfill appointment-setting campaigns focused on niche targets successfully.
Nitu Shukla oversees the campaign implementation teams that provide everything from the creation of API integrations to email and landing page design and development. She stated,

To meet the growing demand of our global clients, Daulat explained, “We have learned over the last ten years exactly how we need to build our teams and how best to structure, scale, and schedule their campaign coverage.” He continued,
